Harbord Insurance is once again humbled and thankful to have been voted Best Insurance Broker by local Greater Victoria, BC readers! We are committed to delivering an exceptional experience to every single one of our clients, so it’s absolutely fantastic that this has been recognized!
In 2019 we promise to continue to give our clients more choices & more awesome customer service. See below for details on how we plan to accomplish this in the coming year.
New Investments Into Technology
As part of our ongoing commitment to serving our clients, we will continue to invest heavily into new technology. This will enable us to interact with our clients in the way they want, when they want. This investment also helps us streamline and automate some of our business processes which will then help us to respond more quickly to client requests.
More Insurance Comparison Tools
Next year we will be adding some more online insurance comparison tools to our website, plus a self service portal for our clients to enable them to access any documents they may need 24/7. All of our staff will continue to receive regular customer service and technology training to enable us to ensure that all our clients have a great experience whenever they deal with us – whether it be getting a quote face-to-face at one of our locations (or online), making changes to their policy, paying their bill, or processing their renewal.
Continuous Community Support
Harbord is proud to support community and causes that are important to us & our clients. This includes Big Brothers & Big Sisters Victoria, Boys & Girls Club Services, The Mustard Seed, Saanich Peninsula Hospital Foundation, and the P.B.S.A. We definitely plan on continuing our support in the communities we serve in come 2019.
Additional Plans for 2019
We are also investigating other initiatives such as expanding our product line, increasing our client’s payment options, and securing more insurance markets. We will also continually solicit client feedback to ensure we continue to delight our customers. Without our wonderful clients we wouldn’t be here!
